A Week in Hell-D&D 5e Campaign for levels 8-10

New Campaign for D&D 5e starting on 7/23.  This Sunday afternoon campaign will start at 2 pm and go for 7-10 weeks, depending on the players.  It is limited to 7 players, first come, first served (though you can pay in advance one week to lock up a seat for the next week. )  Cost will be $5* (that goes into store credit for the DM).  This is an advanced level campaign for players with solid familiarity with D&D 5e, and the characters will start at level 8.
About the Campaign:
A Week In Hell
A D&D 5.0 Adventure for Experienced Players Levels 8-12
Adventurers like you and your party are renowned for your ability to survive the most harrowing conditions, stand against the most powerful of foes, and defy impossible odds. However, you’re still mortal, and no matter how powerful you get, there’s always something scarier out there. It’s one thing to send a demon back to the hell it crawled out of. It’s another thing entirely to be in an endless abyss full of bloodthirsty demons and dark gods. Outmatched and outnumbered in the most dangerous place in the multiverse, you will have to use your wits and your talents to the fullest to survive the unending horror of the Forsaken Land. Will you make it out alive, or will this week in hell be your last?
Campaign play style:
This is a heavily survival-focused D&D 5e campaign for players levels 8-12. Characters will find themselves magically stripped of all gear upon joining the campaign and must scavenge resources and weaponry at every opportunity (if they want to have the slightest hope to survive this deadly place). We will have fun along the way, but this is primarily for players who want to get into the action of role playing.
Who is this for:
Players wishing to join should have some experience role-playing; experience with the D&D 5e system is recommended but not fully required.  The campaign will last 7-10 weeks depending on how the encounters go.
Size of Party:
The table is limited to 7 players and the cost will be $5 per players (going to store credit for the DM).  We are going to be trying something new with this campaign so people who show up can get priority to keep playing.  Slots for the following week can be reserved by paying in advance for that next week when you play in they event (non refundable-it is locking up a seat).  We expect that there will be some people hopping in and out, but we want to give players who come each week a chance to make sure they get to continue playing.
Character building:
Characters will start at level 8.  You may bring in characters from other campaigns or create new ones.  Characters can be made using any of the options on Page 13 of the players handbook, but  if you want to roll stats  For the sake of balance, characters that are especially powerful or weak are subject to have some stats modified to bring them in line with the other players.  Please bring them either in a paper copy, or with their stats filled in on one of the online PDF character sheets. http://media.wizards.com/2016/dnd/downloads/5E_CharacterSheet_Fillable.pdfs
First day will be primarily character building/checking.
*Note…we will be trying something new with this campaign.  Players that

Pokemon League 11am-NEW Location

Pokemon League: aspertiascocard Every Week–Pokemon league.  😉  The Pokemon League is a great way for Pokemon players, both young and old, to come and find a bunch of other people who like to play and trade.

When is it: Saturdays at 11am-1pm (always check website…once every month or so a bigger event will need to take over the store)

Who is it good for?  This one is very family friendly…good for kid as young as 7 (with parents in tow) up to full adult.  The older, more experienced players get extra check marks for helping less experienced players, so it’s a great place to learn how to play.

How it works: Players get a special check card and for every set of games they play and get signed off they earn their way to fun prizes like special cards and patches.  Winning and losing doesn’t matter, and in fact, when the more experienced players help the newer players learn how to play, they get extra checks for it, so they are eager to help out.   We have extra decks that we can lend out to players who don’t have one or who haven’t learned how to build one yet.

What it costs: Entry fee is $5 and includes a booster pack.Pokemon League Scorecard Inside
